Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment.
Other than cancellation by the company, no refunds will be given unless seats can be resold.
Telephone bookings can only be accepted if full payment is received at least four days prior to date of excursion.
If paying by post, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope for confirmation and tickets.
Child fares are from 4-14 years, but are only applicable when accompanied by an adult.
We do not guarantee the completion of any journey in any specific time and will not be liable for loss, delay or inconvenience caused byt he actual time of the journey.
Coaches will wait five minutes only after stated departure time. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include admission of entrance fees.
We will endeavour to maintain this programme, but reserve the right to cancel or amend any advertised excursion of short break.
We will not be liable for any error in this brochure.
Our main pick up points are: Hadleigh (Magdalen Road) or Ipswich (Crown Street Layby or Hawthorn Drive, Chantry). Subject to numbers and destination, we may be able to pick up in Felixstowe (Great Eastern Square), Stowmarket (Regal Car Park) or Colchester (McDonalds, Tollgate or Ardleigh "Crown").
